The clock in Manchester

This clock was pictured from the Urbis Museum in Manchester.

A friendly teacher of German with a Spanish name

The woman in the picture is my friend Irene Kitchen. She has been a support and I felt I had a sister there.

Church at Ilkley

Three friends in the street of Ilkley

I was taking a photo of the 3 fellows over there. A woman in a blue jersey walking towards Mr. Kay and Axel. We were about to buy some books in a bookshop very near. By the way, I bought THE ROAD by Cormac McCarthy.

At the café in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, just making friends

Now, do not tell anyone that the English people are cold and reserved. As Miss Claire, Axel and I were having sweets and tea an English couple kindly started a conversation with us from table to table. The editor of this photoblog-Eugenio or EFFE-loved to have a picture of them and myself.

I hope some day they see this picture of ourselves there.

"En un lugar de la Mancha"... Oops, sorry, Somewhere in La Manga(Murcia)...

In a village next to La Manga del Mar Menor, we had a meeting (or a party) and laughed and talked and had great fun all together.

(Picture sent by Pablo García, at a friend´s house, one colleague of ours´s house next to the beach)

Thanks to all the students who sent pictures to make this photoblog: María Pellicer, Cristina Gómez, Isabel Fructuoso, Pablo García, Cristina Serrano and Rafael Navarro.

Interesting links of our International Exchanges some years ago

Our school started doing International Exchanges some years ago with the same school in the United Kingdom. There are the first 2 links if you fancy having a look at them

Rafael trying the mystery door in London

Rafael was lucky and travelled to London with his partner´s family. He tried to cross the wall and come across Harry Potter

We were having a break or we were about to come back to Murcia

This is really the true oldest pub in England

After two failed shots, we got this photograph at last, in front of the oldest pub in the whole country. Well, that´s what the people in Manchester say, however according to some teachers at the Crossley Heath School, as a friend of the editor´s who teaches German points out.

By the way, last year´s photoblog of the International Exchange might be found here:

The photograph above was published in LAVERDAD, our newspaper in Murcia.
